  3. Viewings — physical or video. In person if you’re
    on-island; recorded walk-through videos with meter boxes, water sources,

  4. Verification and negotiation. Once you choose, our
    process runs: owner and certificate verification, permit check, notaris

    is clean. Handover includes a photographed inventory, recorded meter
    readings, and deposit terms in writing.
